Office Renovation in an occupied building

 

We Managed the renovation of CCDC’s offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors while the 1st floor remained an active multimillion-dollar art gallery and the 4th floor continued in use as CCDC’s

operational office. This required careful scheduling, dust and noise control, and tenant coordination to ensure daily operations and gallery activities were not disrupted. By maintaining

clear communication and strict phasing of work, we completed the project on time and within budget, demonstrating our expertise in occupied-building renovations.

Weekend & Nighttime Flooring Replacement and Bathroom Remodel

We were tasked with replacing the entire flooring and subfloor under strict scheduling constraints. To avoid disrupting daily childcare operations, all work had to be performed only during

weekends and nighttime hours, with a five-day completion window. During construction, our team uncovered unexpected subfloor deficiencies that required immediate repair. By

mobilizing quickly and adjusting our plan without extending the schedule, we resolved the issue and successfully delivered the project on time, ensuring a safe, refreshed, and

uninterrupted environment for children and staff.

Creative Space Renovation​

​

To renovate their facility, a cultural hub dedicated to arts, media and community programming. The project involved upgrading workspaces and creative areas to better support

exhibitions, performances, and collaborative use. Working within a tight schedule and occupied environment, or team coordinated closely with CMAC leadership to minimize disruption

while delivering improvements that enhances functionality, accessibility, and long-term usability. The project was completed on time and within budget, strengthening CMAC’s ability to

serve as a platform for arts and culture in the community.

Cultural Facility Renovation & Improvements​

​

We worked with the Chinese Culture Center (CCC) to renovate and improve their facility, a cornerstone for arts and cultural programming in San Francisco’s Chinatown. The project

involved demolition, abatement, and remodeling work to modernize the space while respecting its cultural significance. Our team carefully coordinated around ongoing programs and

event, ensuring that CCC could continue serving the community throughout construction. The upgrades enhanced safety, accessibility, and functionality, allowing the Center to expand its

impact as vibrant cultural institution.

Design-Phase Structural Upgrade

We provided design-phase service for structural upgrades at Tri Counties Bank’s San Francisco location. The project required planning construction methods that would strengthen the

facility while maintaining daily banking operations without disruption. Our team focused on developing practical, cost-effective solutions that addressed structural needs while protecting

both the bank’s employees and its customers. By anticipating potential challenges early in design, we enabled a smooth transition into construction planning and helped safeguard the

bank’s long-term operations and safety.

Corporate Office Renovation - Phase 1 - 1st floor

 

We Completed a renovation project for Ubisoft’s San Francisco Office, enhancing the workspace to meet the needs of a dynamic and growing creative team. The scope included upgrading

interiors, improving functionality, and refreshing finishes to create a modern, collaborative environment. Our team coordinated closely with Owner’s Representatives PMI properties to

minimize disruption to daily office activities, completing the project on time and with a high level of quality. The result was a revitalized office space that supports both productivity and

creativity for one of the world’s leading gaming companies.

Warehouse & Facility Renovations

We partnered with SJ Distributors LLC on multiple facility improvement projects across the Bay Area, including locations from Richmond to Gilroy. The work involved renovating and

upgrading distribution spaces to improve functionality, and efficiency. Delivering consistent results across multiple locations, we reinforced our reputation as trusted partner capable of

managing repeat projects and long-term client relationships.
